The Client
Reggie Watkins is an internationally-known jazz trombonist. After 7 years as the musical director for legendary trumpet player Maynard Ferguson's Big Bop Nouveau, Watkins has now established himself as a bandleader, arranger and clinician.
The Project
Watkins was looking for a website that would provide information on his many live shows and appearances, while doing so with the style and artistry his music is known for. DH Creative developed a visual style that represented the interpretive nature of the music, his consummate professionalism and the urban vibe carried through many of his compositions. They also incorporated an unusual navigation bar detail with the "bone" slide running the length of each page.
