The Client
Redefined Mirrors is the inspiration of Pittsburgh artist Walt Krupa, an accomplished painter who has developed an innovative body of work using found objects, polished wood and mirrors. These pieces are unique works of art that would be as comfortable on the walls of a gallery as they would be in your home. This is a growing body of work that can be scaled to fit any space. And each piece encourages to discover its beauty, as well as your own, while looking into the mirror.
The Project
Krupa required a promotional website to bring his new body of work to the public. The Redefined Mirrors website has a spare, clean layout that focuses on the artwork, while the logo at the top of each page glows with a subtle animation of the primary colors found in the artist's palette. DH Creative used Gallery2 to develop a photo gallery that integrates into a simple XHTML template while allowing the client to make his own updates via a web browser.
The client makes his own updates through the Gallery2 admin panels.
